It has come to our attention that someone has been showing images from Disc to the subjects of some of the photos. This is a direct and serious breach of the User Agreement agreed by all users when signing up to the scheme.
Sharing of data outside of fully signed up Disc users is also illegal under GDPR legislation and could lead to serious criminal charges for any individual caught sharing.
Anyone caught sharing data with people who are not registered Disc users will have their access to Disc terminated with immediate effect. Please remember that all accounts are for individual use only. If you have more than one person in your business requiring legitimate access, youy must each request your own account by sending an email to [email protected].
Please help us make the system as effective at it can possibly be by encouraging businesses throughout the city centre to sign up whilst also ensuring full confidentiality is respected at all time.
