This week we bid farewell to Victoria Muir who has been the Marketing & Events Coordinator at Lancaster BID for the past four years.
During this time Victoria has been a key member of our small team and has played an important role in bringing you many of our flagship events including Dino Day, Festa Italia and the Christmas Lights Switch On. She has also been critical in raising the profile of Lancaster BID through managing our social media accounts and ensuring regular posts to keep everyone up to date with everything which is happening in our historic city centre.
The events programme is one of the most visible priorities for Lancaster BID and plays a critical role in attracting people into Lancaster city centre to support our amazing array of businesses. As we have emerged from lockdown, Victoria has been quick to adapt and ensure we have been able to safely recommence our live entertainment including adding some new events into the already busy programme.
Victoria will be leaving on a high with her final day at Lancaster BID being our Witches and Wizards event on Sunday 8th.
Victoria isn’t going far as she leaving to take up a new role with Lancaster and Morecambe College. Everyone at Lancaster BID would like to say a huge thank you to Victoria for all her work with us and wish her all the best for the future.
