Holdens Solicitors have been locally based for over 170 years and have always taken pride in making a contribution to the local community. We recognise the important role of Lancaster BID and are proud to be a key sponsor for several events this year.
As a sponsor of Lancaster Festa Italia we were delighted to see the event growing in year two and having such a positive impact in the city centre. Last weekend saw the city centre decked out in red, white and green with crowds packing the streets to visit the extensive range of stalls, watch the entertainment, take photos with the supercars or enjoy a drink at the bar. With the sun shining down, the event really showcased our beautiful heritage city at its best. The Lancaster BID team and all the businesses who gave their support deserve to be proud of delivering a real highlight of the year.
Holdens Solicitors is also sponsoring the Lancaster Ambassador of the Year category at the BID Ambassador Awards. Organised by Lancaster BID this will recognise the achievements of people who really put something back into their local community. If you know anyone who goes above and beyond to benefit the city centre make sure you get your nomination in to reward them for their efforts.
Last, but by no means least, Holdens is sponsoring the first BID Breakfast giving businesses the opportunity to come together to hear about emerging priorities in the city centre as well as time to network. The event, on 3rd October, will provide an update on the Canal Quarter development.
