Renes bring Style with a Swing

Style with a Swing!

Renes of Lancaster recently played host to the local Golf community. Lady Captain of Lancaster Golf Club Ellie Halsall invited Renes to present a Fashion Show to members and their guests, as part of her annual fundraising event, which this year was in aid of Medical Protection Dogs.

Medical Detection Dogs are trained to detect the odour of human disease. It is at the forefront of the research into the fight against cancer and helping people with life-threatening diseases, their funding relies entirely on the generosity of donations.

The Fashion Show displayed summer collections from Emporio Armani, Marc Cain, Joseph Ribkof amongst others and concluded with the models offering a swinging display of casual golf attire.

Tiffany Moore co-owner of Renes said ‘Renes are so proud to be supporting the Lady Captain in entertaining her guests and helping to raise awareness and funds for Medical Detection Dogs. The training for the dogs to enhance this skill is significant, which is why the fundraising is so important.’

Amanda Parkinson co-owner of Renes said, ‘I think all agree the Renes Models were fantastic but it was Medical Detection Dog Rolo and her owner Mary who stole the show and more than a few hearts along the way.’

Renes extend an invitation to their Cupcake Day at 23-25 Common Garden Street, Lancaster LA1 1XD on Thursday 13 June Cupcake Day in support of the Alzheimer’s Society.
