Lancaster BID is delighted to announce that the LoyalFree Marketplace is now available FREE of charge for any business within Lancaster BID zone to offer online sales during lockdown. The platform can be used for sales of items for delivery or click & collect as well as vouchers to be spent in your business when lockdown restrictions are eased.
LoyalFree will take 0% commission and as a Lancaster BID Member, the service will be free of charge to you (note: there is a 3% standard payment fee from Stripe). Listing on the LoyalFree App and Marketplace is always FREE of charge to all Lancaster BID levy payers and Associate Members. During lockdown we are happy to extend this to any business located within the Lancaster BID Zone. Once lockdown measures are lifted, any non BID levy payers will be given the option to become an Associate Member of Lancaster BID to continue using the App.
All businesses are permitted to continue trading for takeaways, deliveries and click & collect orders throughout lockdown. The LoyalFree Marketplace provides the ideal platform to generate sales for your business and provide critical help to support you through lockdown.
