Crime and Antisocial Behaviour
ASB is any form of unreasonable behaviour that has a detrimental effect. Examples of ASB include damage, threats, abusive language, drug dealing, drug abuse, rowdy behaviour, noise nuisance, drunken behaviour, urinating in public, fly-tipping, littering and aggressive begging.

Second Term, Year 1 – 2016/17
After a very successful first year of the Million Pound BID, we are well on our way to delivering the objectives set out in the Delivery Plan. This annual report sets out the achievements of Year 1 which included a fantastic programme of events, increased support and cleansing, and new special projects for the city.
Second Term, Year 2 – 2017/18
The second year was just as successful and progressed the positive contribution from all stakeholders, ensuring tangible beneficial outcomes, and bringing capacity for the strong implementation of ideas to enhance the environment for everyone who lives in, works in and visits Lancaster.
